You can report fraudulent activity in one of the ways listed below. Click to expand the section for detailed instructions.

Online Banking
  1. After logging into Online Banking, click the account for which you would like to submit a fraud claim.
  2. Under the Account Details sections, click More actions.
  3. Select Dispute a Transaction.
  4. Follow the prompts provided to submit a transaction dispute.
Mobile Banking
  1. From the Mobile Banking home screen, tap on the account for which you would like to submit a fraud claim
  2. Once on the Account Details screen, tap on the three dots icon at the top right corner and select Dispute a Transaction

Call our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-465-3361 to file a claim between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm Monday – Friday.

Note: After-hours representatives are not able to file claims. If you call outside the regular call centers hours, you will be encouraged to use the online self-service option for the immediate assistance.
In-person at a branch

File a claim in person at any Golden 1 branch during operating hours.
