How do I add a phone number to receive text alerts?

In Online Banking:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking.
  2. Click Settings in the top right corner.
  3. Click Security Center.
  4. Select Account and Security Alerts from the menu options.
  5. Click on the Notifications Settings link.
  6. Go to "Send text notifications to" and click +Add.
  7. Enter your phone number and click Next. For your protection, you will receive an activation code at the phone number you entered.
  8. Enter the code you received and click Activate.

In Mobile Banking:

  1. Log in to the Mobile Banking app.
  2. Tap Manage Account Alerts.
  3. Tap on the toggle to enable Push notifications if not currently enabled.
  4. Tap Manage Delivery.
  5. Tap Add new phone number.
  6. Enter your phone number and tap Continue. For your protection an activation code will be sent to the phone number entered.
  7. Enter the code you received, and tap Verify.
