How do I add an authorized user to my Golden 1 credit card account?

To add an authorized user, please download an Authorization Form and submit it online, by mail, or at your nearest branch. Authorized users must be at least 13 years of age. After we process your form, the authorized user will receive their own Golden 1 credit card, connected to your account, by mail. It can take up to 7-10 business days to receive the new card.
