How do I add an authorized user to my Golden 1 credit card account?

To add an authorized user, please download an Authorization Form and submit it:

 

• Access your Online Banking account, attach the form and send via secure message
• By mail
• At your nearest branch

 

Authorized users must be at least 13 years of age. After we process your form, the authorized user will receive their own Golden 1 credit card, connected to your account, by mail. It can take up to 7-10 business days to receive the new card.
