How do I change or cancel an automatic withdrawal or payment?

If this was an automatic payment that was arranged directly with another company, you must contact that company direct to make changes to their automatic payments. We are unable to change or cancel your agreement with them. However, we can place a stop payment to prevent the payment from posting to your account. These stop payments must be placed in-person at a branch or by calling our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361).
