Your User ID is either your account number or something that you created comprised of letters and numbers (e.g., JaneSmith123) when you enrolled. If you forget your User ID, you can recover it at any time by accessing the Forgot User ID link.
Why do I still see my old User ID?
If you recently changed your User ID but haven’t logged in using the new one yet, the system will still display your old User ID. To finish updating your information, simply sign in once with your new User ID. After that, your new User ID will appear everywhere it should.
Can I use special characters in my User ID?
No. User IDs must not contain special characters. Avoid symbols such as:
! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + = { } [ ] : ; " ' < > , . ? /
