Update Your Contact Information

You can update your contact information including phone number or email. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.

Note: Address information cannot be updated in Online or Mobile Banking. An address can only be updated, in person, by email, or by phone.
Online Banking
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner, then click My Profile.
  3. Select the information you want to update.

For your security, we will send a one-time passcode to verify you’ve made the change. 

Mobile Banking
  1. Log into Mobile Banking.
  2. Tap on the user icon in the top right.
  3. Tap My Profile.
  4. Here you can update your display name, email address, and phone number.

By Phone

Call 1-877-465-3361 and complete a verification process with a contact center representative to request the change.

In a Branch

To update your address in person, please bring a valid photo ID. Changes may take up to two business days to appear on your account.

By mail

Send a written request with your signature and a copy of a valid photo ID (e.g., driver's license) to the following address:
