If you need to order a replacement ATM or debit Card, visit any Golden 1 branch or contact the Member Service Contact Center: 1-877-GOLDEN 1 / 1 (877) 465‑3361 

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time 
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time 
  • Holiday Schedule 

If your card is lost or stolen, report it as soon as possible. Our lost, stolen, and fraud payment card departments are available 24/7 at 1-877-465-3361. Once reported, you should receive a replacement card in the mail in 7-10 business days.

To report a lost or stolen card via Online Banking 

  1. Click Manage Cards under Helpful Tools from the side menu bar. 
  2. Under Manage Card on the left, tap Report Lost or Stolen
  3. Follow the prompts to report your card. 
  4. If there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, you will be prompted to call us.

To report a lost or stolen card through the Golden 1 Mobile app

  1. Tap I want to then Manage my cards in the bottom toolbar. 
  2. Scroll down to Manage Card, and tap Report Lost or Stolen
  3. Follow the prompts to report your card. 
  4. If there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, you will be prompted to call us.
