If you need to order a replacement ATM or debit Card, visit any Golden 1 branch or contact the Member Service Contact Center: 1-877-GOLDEN 1 / 1 (877) 465‑3361
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

If your card is lost or stolen, report it as soon as possible. Our lost, stolen, and fraud payment card departments are available 24/7 at 1-877-465-3361. Once reported, you should receive a replacement card in the mail in 7-10 business days.
To report a lost or stolen card via Online Banking
- Click Manage Cards under Helpful Tools from the side menu bar.
- Under Manage Card on the left, tap Report Lost or Stolen.
- Follow the prompts to report your card.
- If there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, you will be prompted to call us.
To report a lost or stolen card through the Golden 1 Mobile app
- Tap I want to then Manage my cards in the bottom toolbar.
- Scroll down to Manage Card, and tap Report Lost or Stolen.
- Follow the prompts to report your card.
- If there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, you will be prompted to call us.
