Order a new ATM or debit card

If you need to order a replacement ATM or debit Card, please visit any Golden 1 branch or contact the Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361).

If your card is lost or stolen, report your card lost/stolen as soon as possible in one of the following ways.

Online Banking

As soon as possible, report your card lost/stolen via Online Banking or through the Mobile Banking app. You will then be prompted to call us if you need to report any unauthorized transactions.

  1. Click Manage Cards from the top menu bar.
  2. Under Manage Card on the left, click or tap Report Lost or Stolen.
  3. Follow the prompts to report your card.
  4. If there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, you will be prompted to call us to report them.
Mobile Banking

As soon as possible, report your card lost/stolen via Online Banking or through the Mobile Banking app. You will then be prompted to call us if you need to report any unauthorized transactions.

  1. Tap Cards in the bottom toolbar.
  2. Scroll down to Manage Card, and tap Report Lost or Stolen.
  3. Follow the prompts to report your card.
  4. If there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, you will be prompted to call us to report them.
Call

Contact us at 1-800-853-5626 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to report your card lost or stolen. You should receive a replacement card in the mail 7-10 business days after submitting your report.
