Report a Lost or Stolen Card

How to report a lost card, to include a lost debit or lost credit card.

As soon as possible, report your card lost/stolen via Online Banking, through the Mobile Banking app, or by calling or visiting a branch. You may be prompted to contact us if you need to report any unauthorized transactions.

Online Banking
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Click Manage Cards.
  3. Select the applicable card from the Switch or Add Card drop-down that you would like to report.
  4. Click Report Lost or Stolen under Manage Card.
  5. Select whether the card is lost or stolen and the Card lost date (if applicable).
  6. Click Next and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Mobile Banking
  1. Log into the Mobile Banking app.
  2. Tap Cards from the menu tray at the bottom.
  3. Swipe to select the card that you would like to report.
  4. Tap Report Lost or Stolen under Manage Card.
  5. Select whether the card is lost or stolen, and the Card lost date (if applicable).
  6. Tap Next and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Call

Call 1-800-853-5626 and select the appropriate options for a lost or stolen card. The Lost/Stolen options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and does not require you to speak to a representative. You should receive a replacement card in the mail 7-10 business days after submitting your report.

Visit any Golden 1 branch at your convenience and have a new debit card printed within minutes.
