You can report fraudulent activity in several ways. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.
Online Banking
- Log into Online Banking.
- Click the account for which you would like to submit a fraud claim.
- Under the Account Details sections, click the transaction you would like to dispute.
- Select Dispute transaction.
- Follow the prompts to submit a dispute.
Mobile Banking
- Log into Mobile Banking.
- From the Mobile Banking home screen, tap on the account for which you would like to submit a fraud claim.
- Once on the Account Details screen, tap on the transaction you would like to dispute, scroll to the bottom and then tap Dispute transaction.
- Follow the prompts provided to submit a transaction dispute.

Note: Our after-hours representatives are not able to file claims. If you call outside the regular call center hours, you will be encouraged to use the online self-service option for immediate assistance.

File a claim in person at any Golden 1 branch during operating hours.
