You can report fraudulent activity in several ways. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.

Online Banking
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Click the account for which you would like to submit a fraud claim.
  3. Under the Account Details sections, click the transaction you would like to dispute.
  4. Select Dispute transaction.
  5. Follow the prompts to submit a dispute.
Mobile Banking
  1. Log into Mobile Banking.
  2. From the Mobile Banking home screen, tap on the account for which you would like to submit a fraud claim.
  3. Once on the Account Details screen, tap on the transaction you would like to dispute, scroll to the bottom and then tap Dispute transaction.
  4. Follow the prompts provided to submit a transaction dispute.

File a claim in person at any Golden 1 branch during operating hours.
