Where can I find my account suffix?

To find your account suffix number, log in to your Online Banking or Mobile Banking account and review your statement. You can find the account suffix in parenthesis on the blue account name headers. 

Online Banking
  1. After logging in, click the My Documents link next to Overview.

     

    Note: If you are not currently enrolled in paperless statements, you must do this before you can view your online statement. See the Paperless Statements article for more information.
  2. Click the Current Statement link under Accounts to open a PDF of your account statement.

     


  3. You can find your account suffixes as shown below.


     

    The account suffix is the second digit within the parenthesis. In the example above, the suffix for Savings is 0 and the suffix for the Free Checking is 9. These numbers identify the many types of products offered by Golden 1, each with different features, and all can be part of your account.   

Mobile App
  1. After logging into your Golden 1 Mobile app, tap the More link on the bottom menu tray and tap the My Documents link. 

  2. Tap Current Statement under Accounts.  

    Note: If you are not currently enrolled in paperless statements, you must do this before you can view your online statement. See the Paperless Statements article for more information.
  3. Tap the View PDF link to download the PDF of your current statement. 

    Note: You may receive a pop-up message asking if you want to download the item to your device. Tap Download to continue.
  4. You can find your account suffixes as shown below.
