Adding/Removing a Contact in Zelle

You can easily manage your Zelle® recipients at any time through either Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app.

To begin, click Send Money with Zelle from Online Banking.

Adding a new recipient
  1. After accessing Zelle from Online Banking, click New Contact.
  2. Enter the recipient's first name and last name.
  3. Select how they receive money through Zelle, email, mobile number, or by account number and enter that information in the field provided.
  4. Click Save.
Editing a recipient
  1. Click the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Recipients section and click the recipient's name that needs editing.
  3. Click the (+) to add information or the (-) to remove information.
    Note: If removing information, you will be prompted to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click Save under the field that was edited to save your changes.
Removing a recipient
  1. Click the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Recipients section and click the recipient's name that needs to be removed.
  3. Click Remove contact.
  4. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion. Click Remove Contact.
