Change my Golden 1 Mobile app password

If you forgot your password, and you would like to reset it:
- Click "Trouble logging in?" on the Mobile Banking app launch screen.
- Enter your User ID, date of birth, and answer your security question.
- For additional security, a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code and continue to reset your password.
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number.
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed.
- Password is case-sensitive.
Please allow up to ten minutes for the verification code to be delivered.
If you know your password, but you want to change it:
- Sign into the Mobile Banking app.
- Tap the More icon.
- Tap Change Password.
- Enter the updated password information.
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number.
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed.
- Password is case-sensitive.
- Click Update.
