Online Banking
Forgot Password
- From the Golden 1 homepage, click the Log In button.
- Click the Forgot Password link to be taken to the Forgot Password page.
- Enter your User ID and click Next. You will be prompted to answer a few questions to confirm your identity before you are able to create a new password.
- Create a new password that adheres to the following password restrictions.
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number.
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed.
- Password is case-sensitive.
If you continue to have problems signing on to Online Banking, please contact our Member Service Contact Center by calling 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361).
Change Password
If you know your password, but you want to update it:
- Log into your account in Online Banking.
- In the top menu options, click Settings.
- Click to expand the Profile option, then select Password.
- For security purposes, you will be prompted to enter a security code sent to either your email or phone number. Enter that code and click Verify.
- Enter your current password, and a new password. The new password must adhere to the following password restrictions:
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number.
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed.
- Password is case-sensitive.
- Click Save.

Forgot Your Password
If you forgot your password, and you would like to reset it:
- Click Trouble logging in? on the Mobile Banking app launch screen
- Enter your User ID, date of birth, and answer your security question
- For additional security, a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code and continue to reset your password
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed
- Password is case-sensitive
Please allow up to ten minutes for the verification code to be delivered.
Change Your Password
If you know your password, but you want to update it:
- Sign into the Mobile Banking app
- Tap the More icon
- Tap Change Password
- Enter the updated password information
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed
- Password is case-sensitive
- Click Update

The instructions below are for members participating in the Digital Banking Pilot Program.
If you forgot your password, and you would like to reset it, from the Golden 1 Digital Banking Pilot Program homepage:
1. Enter your User ID and click the log in button
2. Click the Forgot Password link
3. For additional security, a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code and continue to reset your password
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed
- Password is case-sensitive
4. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you know your password, but you want to update it, from the Golden 1 Digital Banking Pilot Program homepage:
1. Log into Online Banking
3. Click Security, then click Update Password
4. For additional security purposes, you will be prompted to enter a security code sent to your phone number. Enter that code and click Next.
5. Enter your new password and then enter it again to confirm. The new password must adhere to the following password restrictions:
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed
- Password is case-sensitive

The instructions below are for members participating in the Digital Banking Pilot Program.
1. Enter your User ID and tap Submit
⚠ Make sure you’re logging in through the official Golden 1 Pilot Mobile App. If you’re using your previous User ID or password, they will not work in the new system.
2. Tap Forgot Password
3. For additional security, a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code and continue to reset your password
- Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number
- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed
- Password is case-sensitive
4. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
Change Your Password
If you know your password, but you want to update it:
1. Log into the Pilot Mobile Banking app
⚠ Make sure you’re logging in through the official Golden 1 Pilot Mobile App. If you’re using your previous User ID or password, they will not work in the new system.
2. In the top right corner, tap your profile icon, then tap My Profile
3. Tap Security then tap Update Password
4. For additional security, a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code and tap Next to reset your password.
4. Enter the updated password information

- Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
- Spaces are not allowed
- Password is case-sensitive
5. Click Next to complete the process
