How to change your password or request a reset if you have forgotten your password.

Your password Online Banking and the Golden 1 Mobile app are the same. Here’s how to update or reset your password.
Online Banking
Forgot Password
- From the Golden1.com, click the Log In button.
- Enter your User ID and click Continue.
- Click Forgot Password. We will send a one-time passcode to your phone number on file. Enter the code and click Next.
- Create a new password that meets the password requirements.
If you continue to have problems signing on to Online Banking, or if you do not receive your one-time passcode, please contact our Member Service Contact Center: 1 (877) GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465‑3361).
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Change Password
If you know your password, but you want to update it: Log into Online Banking.
- Log into Online Banking.
- Click your name in the upper right corner, then click My Profile.
- Click Security, then click Update Password.
- For security purposes, we will send a one-time passcode to your phone number on file. (Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for the passcode to arrive.) Enter that code and click Next.
- Create a new password that meets the password requirements.
- Click Next.
Mobile Banking
Forgot Your Password
If you forgot your password, and you would like to reset it:
- Log into Mobile Banking.
- Enter your User ID and tap Submit.
- Tap Forgot Password.
- For security purposes, we will send a one-time passcode to your phone number on file. (Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for the passcode to arrive.) Enter that code and click Next.
- Create a new password that meets the password requirements.
Change Your Password
If you know your password, but you want to update it:
- Log into Mobile Banking.
- In the top right corner, tap your profile icon, then tap My Profile.
- Tap Security then tap Update Password.
- For security purposes, we will send a one-time passcode to your phone number on file. (Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for the passcode to arrive.) Enter that code and click Next.
- Create a new password that meets the password requirements.
