How to change your password or request a reset if you have forgotten your password.

Your password Online Banking and the Golden 1 Mobile app are the same. Here’s how to update or reset your password.

Online Banking

Forgot Password
  1.  From the Golden1.com, click the Log In button.
  2. Enter your User ID and click Continue.
  3. Click Forgot Password. We will send a one-time passcode to your phone number on file. Enter the code and click Next.
  4. Create a new password that meets the password requirements.

If you continue to have problems signing on to Online Banking, or if you do not receive your one-time passcode, please contact our Member Service Contact Center: 1 (877) GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465‑3361).

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time 
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Change Password
If you know your password, but you want to update it: Log into Online Banking.
  1. Log into Online Banking. 
  2. Click your name in the upper right corner, then click My Profile.


  3. Click Security, then click Update Password.


  4. For security purposes, we will send a one-time passcode to your phone number on file. (Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for the passcode to arrive.) Enter that code and click Next.
  5. Create a new password that meets the password requirements.
  6. Click Next.

Mobile Banking

Forgot Your Password

If you forgot your password, and you would like to reset it:

  1. Log into Mobile Banking.
  2. Enter your User ID and tap Submit.
  3. Tap Forgot Password.
  4. For security purposes, we will send a one-time passcode to your phone number on file. (Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for the passcode to arrive.) Enter that code and click Next.
  5. Create a new password that meets the password requirements.
Change Your Password

If you know your password, but you want to update it:

  1. Log into Mobile Banking.
  2. In the top right corner, tap your profile icon, then tap My Profile.
  3. Tap Security then tap Update Password.
  4. For security purposes, we will send a one-time passcode to your phone number on file. (Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for the passcode to arrive.) Enter that code and click Next.
  5. Create a new password that meets the password requirements.
