What should I do if my Golden 1 card is lost or stolen?

As soon as possible, report your card lost/stolen:

  • Report via Online Banking or through the Mobile Banking app:  You will then be prompted to call us if you need to report any unauthorized transactions.
  • Call 1-800-853-5626 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to report your card lost or stolen. You should receive a replacement card in the mail 7-10 business days after submitting your report.
  • Visit a branch: Visit any Golden 1 branch at your convenience and have a new debit card printed within minutes.
